Barriers

‘Barriers’ is a short documentary about Dutch hurdling athlete Koen Smet. He went to Cardiff to train under Colin Jackson to prepare for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

We decided on a more thematic approach for the music, so I wrote a small theme that embodied Koen. The music is a mixture of some urban, rock and classical.
